Don’t you just love pumpkin pie this time of year? what’s better than that except for pumpkin cheesecake!

Here are the ingredients for this easy as a pie cheesecake to try for yourself!

What you will need:

The Crust

2 packs of graham crackers

1/2 cup of softened butter

2 egg whites

Crush the graham crackers,combine the softened butter,and add the two egg whites and mix.

Use a Ziploc bag to press the crust in the bottom of the pan or pie plate.

The cheesecake

Two 8 ounce cream cheese or neufatchael

1/2 cup of Greek yogurt

1/2 cup of pumpkin

1/2 cup of sugar or 1/4 cup of honey

5 eggs

2 tablespoons of pumpkin pie spice

Mix all cheesecake ingredients in a mixer for about 1 minute.

Pour slowly in To pan leaving about a half inch at the top of the pan or pie plate.

Baked in the oven for 1 hour at 325 degrees

Let cool

Chill in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight.

Just like that easy as a pie cheesecake!
